Order & Cancellation Policy
1. Order Confirmation:
Once an order is successfully placed, our team immediately starts processing it. For this reason, orders usually cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
2. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch):
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you may contact our support team as soon as possible. Cancellation may be accepted only in special cases and depending on the order status.
3. Refund Policy:
In general, refunds are not provided for cancelled orders. However, in special situations, the paid amount may be adjusted with another product based on availability and policy guidelines.
4. Cancellation by “SubStream BD”:
SubStream reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or other unavoidable reasons. If we cancel an order, the refund will be processed as follows:
Refunds are issued within 12–24 hours on working days.
5. Stock Issues:
If a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, we may need to cancel the order. Customers will be notified, and refunds will be processed according to the rules mentioned above.

For smooth processing, our team may call or message to verify your order. If verification fails, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
